Μελιτζάνες στο φούρνο με γέμιση σαν πίτσα

Υλικά
2 μελιτζάνες φλασκες σε φέτες
2 ντομάτες ψιλοκομμένες
200 γρ φέτα τριμμένη
100 γρ τυρί που λιώνει
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένες
Ρίγανη
Αλάτι
Πιπέρι
Ελαιόλαδο

Εκτέλεση
Πλένουμε τις μελιτζάνες και τις κόβουμε σε φέτες.
Τις λαδώνουμε ελαφρά και από τις δύο πλευρές και τις βάζουμε σε ένα ταψί με χαρτί ψησίματος.
Τις ψήνουμε στους 190-200 βαθμούς για 20 λεπτά περίπου
Στα 20 λεπτά προσθέτουμε από πάνω τις ντομάτες, την φέτα, το σκόρδο, την ρίγανη, το αλάτι το πιπέρι το ελαιόλαδο και το τυρί που λιώνει.
Τα ψήνουμε όλα μαζί για 15 λεπτά περίπου μέχρι να λιώσει και να ροδίσει το τυρί.
