
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 200g cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch parsley or mint, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200g melting cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the cheeses well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cabbage, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into patties, place them on a baking tray, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180-190°C (356-374°F) for about 40-45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and take off the foil.
- Top each patty with a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
- Continue baking, uncovered, for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the patties are ready.
