Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, quartered
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 150g orzo
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
Instructions: Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly. Place it in a pot along with the carrots and onion, and add enough water for the amount of soup you want. Add salt and a bit of olive oil, and bring it to a boil over low heat for 35-45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the orzo and let everything cook together. When serving, add pepper and lemon juice, if desired.
