Ingredients:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 5-6 mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g wine
  • 50g water
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika

Instructions: In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the pork chops on both sides until browned. Remove the chops and set them aside on a plate. In the same oil, add the onion, garlic, peppers, and mushrooms, and sauté everything together for 2 minutes. Then, return the pork chops to the pan, along with the salt, water, and wine. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 30-35 minutes. Five minutes before turning off the heat, add the pepper, sweet paprika, and parsley to preserve their aroma. If needed, add more water.
