Παλαμίδα ψητή στο σχαροτήγανο

Υλικά
2 παλαμίδες
2 κουταλιές της σούπας ελαιόλαδο
3 κουταλιές της σούπας αλεύρι

Εκτέλεση
Καθαρίζουμε τα ψάρια μας, τα πλένουμε καλά και τα βάζουμε σε ένα τρυπητό να στραγγίσουν.
Μετά με ένα κοφτερό μαχαίρι φιλετάρουμε το ψάρι και το βάζουμε σε ένα δίσκο.
Στη συνέχεια προσθέτουμε λίγο αλάτι, λίγες σταγόνες λάδι σε όλα τα κομμάτια του ψαριού και τα περνάμε από το αλεύρι.
Τα ψήνουμε στο σχαροτήγανο για 3-4 λεπτά από την κάθε πλευρά μέχρι να πάρουν ένα όμορφο χρώμα.
